the pools were very nice. i also appreciated the availability of an aqua park (it was fun for the kids!).
the check-in process was not smooth. i booked a room with a sea view, but initially received a room without one (it was in the garden). it took some time to resolve this issue. the food quality was also a disappointment.

The grounds impressed me, meticulously maintained each day by the garden team. I noticed that drinks service extended to the pool area. I found that i could access the bar area at any time for both food and beverages. The new spa offers a turkish hammam experience. I recommend it.
I found searching for information about services difficult. I did not see any qr codes with needed details at check-in.

a fantastic and active stay

all inclusive was a great experience. mr dowood was very helpful. all the staff were active and did their job well. the food offered different cuisines. i found the shows at night excellent. i appreciated the team's efforts. the all inclusive service was wonderful
the tv had netflix and other apps. the tv wouldn't connect to the wifi, however.

the hotel offers many connected pools. there is an aquapark adjacent to the entrance. laundry service is available, and it allows four pieces per guest at no charge. the gym contains good equipment.

the buffet offered many options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. there were six other restaurants with prior reservations. the main restaurant had various dishes for different tastes. i would advise making reservations on the first day because it gets very busy.

the hotel is located right on the beach. the beach is sandy. there is a little reef where you can enjoy snorkeling. the location is perfect for both couples and families with babies.

Very nice Vacation Experience!

Mr Hamada and his team provided excellent service. The sea view from my room was fabulous and soft drinks were refilled daily. Reservation through Mr Amr was excellent, he even called to resolve a minor miscommunication. Check-in with Mr Mina was super smooth and easy, I got my room early without any delay!
The Wi-Fi signal was sometimes patchy in certain areas, particularly near the pool and beach. I had some difficulties connecting at times, a bit inconvenient. This minor issue did not significantly impact my overall experience though.

My Deluxe Suite was incredible! It included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The suite had a spacious living area, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The decor was modern and clean.
